Tri-County Realty, Inc. manages approximately one hundred residential and commercial rentals in the Savannah and Hardin County areas. We strive to provide clean, safe, and functional residences to our tenants, and to maintain them in good working order.

Rental units available range from three-bedroom brick single family homes to one-bedroom apartments. Rents and security deposits vary depending on the type of property. A few rentals are available with some or all utilities included.
